Five Companies — One Resource Group
Dice Resource Holdings is the parent company behind five independent businesses, each built to serve a different part of the security, telecom, and agriculture industries.
While every company under our umbrella operates on its own — with its own team, customers, and specialty — they share the resources, support, and standards that come from being part of a larger, established group. Together, these five companies represent decades of combined experience, from pioneering alarm monitoring software to protecting livestock on Michigan farms.
DICE Corporation has spent more than 40 years building the technology that powers the alarm monitoring industry. Its unified platform brings together alarm and video monitoring software, telephony and telecom services, and virtual UL- and ULC-listed data center infrastructure — used today by alarm monitoring companies, retailers, healthcare providers, and businesses around the world. DICE's Matrix platform supports millions of alarm and telecom subscribers and handles tens of millions of calls each month, and its Central Station as a Service (CSaaS) and Operators as a Service (OaaS) programs give dealers and monitoring centers enterprise-grade support without the cost of building their own facility. Combined with its sister company IPtelX, DICE offers an alarm signal network built specifically to prevent transmission errors — a level of reliability that has made it a trusted technology partner across the security industry for decades.
Clear Response Monitoring is a wholesale, dealer-only central station founded by industry veterans with more than 30 years of experience across alarm installation and monitoring centers of every size. Known as the South's premier dealer central, Clear Response provides UL-listed, 24/7 live agent and video monitoring, answering services, account migration support, and billing services to alarm dealers and installers across the nation. The company was built around a simple idea: large monitoring operations often lose the ability to focus on their dealers, so Clear Response set out to do the opposite — offering personal, dealer-driven service backed by the same technology DICE Corporation provides. Today, Clear Response also offers dealer funding to help alarm, fire, and PERS businesses grow, acquire accounts, or bring on new capital.
Established in 1985, CSA Monitoring has spent nearly 40 years protecting lives and property as a dealer-only, UL-listed central station. Operating from three regional locations in Michigan, plus additional video and cyber data centers in Virginia and Ohio, CSA serves hundreds of dealers across Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, and a growing list of states throughout the Midwest. With more than 100 employees, one of the largest software development teams in the security industry, and over 30 patents in security technology, CSA has built a reputation for combining hands-on dealer support with genuine technical innovation. CSA treats dealer partnerships less like accounts and more like long-term relationships.
IPtelX operates a dedicated, carrier-grade telecom network built specifically for the alarm and fire industries. Its roots trace back to the early 2000s, when its affiliate DICE Corporation began developing disaster recovery and business continuity solutions for the alarm and 911 (PSAP) industries — work that intensified after Hurricane Katrina exposed just how fragile telecom infrastructure could be during a crisis. IPtelX officially incorporated in 2013 and today runs its own Alarm Industry Signal Network (AISN), serving more than 2 million subscribers with a 98%+ customer retention rate, from its headquarters and 24/7 network operations center in Bay City, Michigan. As an FCC- and CRTC-approved carrier, IPtelX manages its own numbering resources and carrier relationships rather than relying on a third party — a rare position in an industry where fewer than 5% of telecom providers operate at that level.
Meadow Ridge Supply is a Michigan-based, family-run farm supply company that provides hay, animal feed, bedding, seeds, and premium treated wood fencing to farms and property owners across the state and beyond. What sets Meadow Ridge apart is its connection to Meadow Ridge Farm, an equine-focused operation where the company tests and researches the very products it sells — meaning every bag of feed or bale of hay on the shelf has already been trusted by the animals on the farm. Meadow Ridge's mission is to empower independent farmers by promoting Michigan-sourced resources, offering fair prices and quality service, and encouraging sustainable practices — values that show up in everything from its own-grown hay fields to its 30-year-warrantied fence posts sourced from Northern Michigan hardwoods.
